TEACHING ASSISTANT
This is a part time, permanent, term time only role.
Starting date: As soon as possible
30.41 hours per week (job share considered)
Monday to Friday – 8:45am to 3:20pm
Grade 3 SCP 5-6 FTE £21,575-£21,968 (subject to pay body review)
(Actual Annual Salary £14,711-£14,979)

The Coombes Church of England Primary School are looking for exceptional staff to take up this exciting opportunity within The Keys Academy Trust.
Main purpose:
The TA will be deployed across the school to support the child or class in line with the National Curriculum, codes of practice and school policies and procedures.
Duties include:
- Establishing positive relationships with pupils
- Supporting pupils with activities which support literacy and numeracy skills
- Promoting positive behaviour and helping keep pupils on tack
- Assisting with displaying and presenting pupils'''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''' work
- Assisting with taking pupils on educations visits
General requirements:
- An awareness of commitment to equality
- Basic understanding of health and safety
- Understanding and implementing child protection procedures
